I have been writing Tolkien fanfiction in one way or another for several years, whether in the form of roleplaying games, fan novels, short stories, or drabbles. Since most of my creative energies are directed towards writing "The Circles" with my co-writer Angmar, I create independent works rather sporadically. I mostly write drabbles, as they are fun and challenging and do not require a large time commitment.

This alternative universe tale explores what life might have been like had the Witch-king survived Pelennor Fields and Sauron regained the One Ring. The story is told through the eyes of a variety of characters, from Sauron and the Nazgul themselves, to a host of Southrons and Easterlings, to twin Rohirric girls whose fate is to become slaves of Nurn.
