oh cool and wow! please could you do a series like this for the elves? Elrond/twins, thranduil/legolas and/or a made up elf/haldir/orophin/rumil? i'd luv ya 4eva! ;)

Author's Response: I'm delighted to hear that you liked the hobbit fathers and their sons. I'm afraid I've never written an elf yet. If ever I feel an itch though it will be posted here as well, though I certainly can't promise anything - being usually true to hobbits.
