Hey Mel, this is great! How did I not see this before? I don't think Eru does reside in Valinor; I've just finished the Silmarillion, and Eru was just the one that sent the Valar to Valinor. Of course, I could be completely wrong. It's still an amazing bit of writing!

Author's Response: Thanks! I've tried to read the Silmarillion, and one paragraph is as comfusing as the whole LotR trilogy!! I just can't understand it, and I am way advanced in the English language. How was the Silmarillion?? Thanks for reviewing! ~Mel

Wow, Mel! Very powerful words! You've got me wondering if Eru actually resides in the Valinor . . . I shall research some time! In case I can't make it on in the next few days (which I doubt that'll happen), Happy Thanksgiving!
