What a well done story! If you hadn't dragged me in so that it's a cursed unhappy hour of the night--morning, now--I'm sure I'd be able to say more, but let me try and leave at least a cursory review. Well, very in depth it was, and your characterizations were wonderous. The changes they all went through were marvellous to see, and very expertly done. Such a detailed, in depth, and well thought out story; it was a delight to read. And about Hobbits, no less! I've never paid much mind to "Shire stories" but this is written, at least to my mind, on a professional level. Expertly crafted, and a joy to read. Thank you for sharing your talent!
