Aw! I got all teary eyed at the end for some reason (you know me . . . overemotional!). This must've been difficult to write; it has a lot of lines! Great job!

Author's Response: I wasn't going for tears, but for me (despite the fact that it's a ballad) the more emotional, the better. The last stanza was the first one that came to me. I actually wrote this for school, and it was only supposed to be six stanzas! And here I go writing twelve. Oh well, that's Aerlinniel for you! ~Mel
